2️⃣ Ultra-Fresh Next-Day Morning Delivery

  • Ideal for farm-harvested or backordered items

  • Delivery Time: Next day between 9:00 AM and 11:30 AM

  • Recommended for leafy greens, seasonal items, or harvest-on-demand products

  • No cold storage, no middlemen — just pure farm-to-home freshness

  • Leafy and sensitive items are often delivered next morning to ensure maximum shelf life

🥬 What products do you sell?

We specialize in farm-fresh vegetables, fruits, leafy greens, and seasonal local produce. All items are sourced from local farmers and are free from chemical treatments.
❌ We do not sell kirana, FMCG, or bulk grocery items.

⏱️ What are your delivery time slots?

We offer two options at checkout:

  1. Quick Delivery:

    • Delivery within 45 minutes to 2 hours for in-stock items

    • Available between 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM

  2. Ultra-Fresh Next Day Delivery:

    • Delivery between 9:00 AM – 11:30 AM next morning

    • Suitable for farm-harvested or out-of-stock items

💰 What are your delivery charges?

  • Orders above ₹200 (Dr Farmers Club items only): ✅ Free Delivery

  • Orders below ₹200: ₹40 delivery charge

  • MRP-Based Items (Gokul/Amul milk, bread, dairy, etc.): ₹40 delivery charge, not eligible for free delivery

🧃 Are dairy products like Gokul or Amul milk eligible for free delivery?

No. Branded MRP-based items such as milk, bread, paneer, curd, etc. are not eligible for free delivery, even if the total order is above ₹200. Only Dr Farmers Club produce qualifies for free delivery.

🔁 Can I reschedule or cancel my order?

Yes. You can reschedule or modify your delivery by contacting us at least 2 hours before the scheduled time via WhatsApp: +91 77758 95323
Cancellations after dispatch may not be accepted.
